AV Innovate (AVi)

AV Innovate (AVi) was established in 2002 and supplies precision sheet metal components, laser cut parts and fabricated assemblies. Operating from a 25,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Leicester, we are one of the leading subcontract manufacturing companies in the UK.

We offer a broad range of subcontract manufacturing services including; design & proto-typing, precision machining, laser cutting, CNC folding, fabrication, painting, assembly and nationwide delivery from our central location.

AVi manufacture precision sheet metal products, components and fabrications for customers in a wide variety of industries including, but not limited to, automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, healthcare, hospitality, retail, marine and agriculture.

We hold external accreditations to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, as well as holding a range of customer certifications from leading international OEM’s.
