Our internal machine shop houses a range of manual and high precision programmable CNC machines controlled by the latest 3D CAD/CAM packages.

Our CNC turning and milling machines can produce precision machined parts from a full spectrum of materials including Stainless, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Nylon and Acrylics.

Investment in the latest CAD/CAM software and a new Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), has greatly enhanced the capabilities of our machine shop, enabling us to produce and measure the geometry of almost any physical object with ease. Consequently, we are able to machine parts to exacting standards and tolerances consistently with the internal capacity to produce single one-offs or multi-part components efficiently and with short lead times.
